Apunga Native Nursery
The Apunga Native Nursery, which operates on the NSW Central Coast at Mangrove Mountain, specialises in growing high quality Australian native plant species for revegetation/bush regeneration projects, indigenous landscaping and native gardens.
Our experienced staff focus on growing a wide variety of local provenance native plant species, grown from seed collected close to the intended planting site. We cater for orders of all sizes, from large scale revegetation projects through to smaller home garden orders. Our standard range of species is supplemented by a variety of hard to find, less common species, all grown in Forestry Tube or Hiko Cell containers, though plants can be grown on into large pot sizes if required.
In addition to plant propagation, the Apunga Native Nursery provides a seed collection service, where seed from native plant species is collected, sorted and cleaned, ready for use in nursery plant propagation or direct seeding projects.
